SUPPLIERS REGISTRATION

Introduction:
The Initiative taken by Qatar Museums Authority for prequalification, registration and capacity classification of local contractors aims towards establishing the process in which suppliers/contractors are assessed under different work-capacity categories and awarded a class level in becoming eligible members of the QMA supplier/ Contractors database. In line, tenders for goods and or services will be sought from the registered contractors. This approach complies, as well complements the existing procedures as set out by the QMA in its procurement and tendering process guidelines. 

Registration Process:
The Potential Suppliers (Individuals, companies, joint ventures, consortiums or partnerships) are hereby invited to fill Registration Application Form for QMA to assess if the potential suppliers meet  Prequalification requirements and evaluation criteria to Prequalify for the supply of the following Goods and or Services:

1.    Branding Marketing and Advertisement including Signage
2.    Printing & Publishing
3.    Office & General Supplies
4.    Carpentry Supplies
5.    Catering Services for Events, Conferences & other Functions/Activities
6.    General purpose chemicals including pesticides
7.    Conservation & Restoration Materials, Equipment and Services including consultancy services
8.    Educational material
9.    Electrical & Electronic Equipment & Supplies
10. Equipment – Lifting, Marine, Safety & Transportation
11. Exhibition including design and build
12. Event management & Planning
13. Facilities management
14. Building Materials
15. Flower Arrangements
16. IT Products & Services
17. Landscaping
18. Masonry
19. Photography Equipment & Supplies
20. Plumbing
21. Repair Tools & Supplies
22. Technical Equipment, Accessories & Services for Various Events
23. Telecommunication equipment & Service
24. Specialized security services & equipment
25. Car & Bus Rental Services
