Qatar Museums Authority holds senior management team meeting

Department directors at Qatar Museums Authority held their second meeting at Sharq Village and Spa.  During the meeting, the directors exchanged ideas and discussed strategy on how to enhance the work of the organization.
With a variety of future museums, projects and exhibitions in the planning, Qatar Museums Authority is continuously seeking new methods that improve efficiency and business processes.  Commenting on the importance of this meeting, Abdulla Al Najjar, CEO of Qatar Museums Authority stated: “As our organization continues to expand so does the need for solid interdepartmental communication, utilization of efficient business strategies and robust training and development.  These quarterly meetings serve these purposes as we aim to become an internationally recognized best practice organization.”
The full-day meeting included strategic planning sessions and concluded with a summary of outcomes and an action plan to move forward.
