Introduction:
Qatar Museums Authority (QMA) purchases a wide range of products and services to build museums, to hold events/exhibitions and to maintain, support & service our museums, gift shops, restaurants, offices and future structures.
We invite all financially stable companies with quality products and/or services that may be of value to QMA to register through our portal and become a listed supplier with QMA. An email notification will be sent for the user name and password upon approval of the registration.

Supplier Profile user manual:
Suppliers who have been approved and received an email with their user name and password can log in to portal by Clicking here,
1- Enter your User name and Password you received in the Registration Approval email.
2- Use Login Assistance in case you forgot your
* In case you forgot your Password Use Login Assistance
* You will be requested to change your password when you try to log in for the first time.
3- Click on Supplier Profile Manager.
4- After you have logged you will be able to update your company profile. Suppliers can attach all their company profile, certificates, catalogues by clicking on the Add Attachments feature, multiple times to attach separate documents
5- Choose Address book>click on Add
6- Complete the form and click on Save
* you are allowed to add additional addresses for each office in different locations.
7- Choose Contact Directory>Create , then fill the form and click save
8- Choose Products & services >Add
9- check in the box Applicable to choose the Products or services you provide
10- click Apply
11- Choose Banking Details > Add
A) choose your country
B) click on Existing Bank
C) choose a bank by clicking on the magnifier
D) Under Branch click on Existing bank
E) choose a bank branch by clicking on the magnifier
F) Enter your account number.
12- Click on save
13- Click on Payment & Invoicing to check your current payments and invoices
14- Click on Surveys : reply and participate in any Survey by QMA
